Eduardo needs someone to materialize his creations into vectors, so we can put them into the games.
A person with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Flash would be awesome.
One thing is drawing, animating is a whole other story. The animator we are looking for must understand what is it that makes cartoons look good.
This person should know how to animate in Flash.
This person will be in charge of designing the website as well as game interface.
He or she will need good knowledge of usability. A good taste also helps.
Our website utilizes a lot of user data so we can tailor their experience here.
What should they know? HTML, PHP, Javascript, CSS and use of databases.
While we do want to cover multiple platforms, for now all our games will be made in Flash.
We need someone who knows ActionScript3.
Since we want to fill our platform with games it becomes necessary to find someone creative to bring new ideas to the table.
